Fwicki Feed Cloud Updates:
The Fwicki Feed Cloud now supports transparency. If you want the feed cloud sit into atop the background image or color of your site, the fix is in! The transparency fix applies to both the inset and sidebar feed clouds. Get the updated code HERE.
The Fwicki Feed Cloud has also been re-styled based on the requests received by the community. The styling will identify the feed cloud with the Fwicki application and give bloggers and site owners the look they have requested. Current bloggers and site owners who utilize the feed cloud will not have to make any changes at their site. The feed cloud is automatically delivered with the updated styles embedded.

New Fwicki Community Support Center
We have recently implemented a new support ticket system. The new Fwicki Support Center is designed to provide this community with greater support tools while eliminating automated ticket spam resulting from bot attacks. Registration is now required in order to submit tickets. The support center has also implemented a knowledge base that will provide answers to FAQ's. The knowledge base will grow over time as queries are received. Check the knowledge base before submitting a ticket by clicking the FAQ link in the upper right menu at the support center registration page.
Announcing New Features For Fwicki Users:
Administrative Javascript Override - Available For Qualified Account Holders!
Fwicki is pleased to announce the availability of javascript override for qualified account holders. What is javascript override? Currently, the end-users of the Fwicki rss mashup - customizable news portal application are not allowed to inject javascript in their headers and footers within the user area. Obviously, this is to prevent malicious code from being injected into the Fwicki application.
We are pleased to announce that qualified account holders can now submit custom header and footer code to site administrators for administrative javascript override. Members who have valid reasons for injecting compliant javascript into their custom Fwicki pages will be allowed to do so!
This will give qualified account holders more options for revenue generation, tracking, and custom Fwicki page enhancement.
Compliance with Fwicki terms of service is mandatory and all javascript will be reviewed and approved by site administrators. Fwicki reserves the right to refuse injection of any questionable code.
